Our platform includes CRM (Customer Relationship Management) functionality for tracking engagements with your contacts, allowing you to view or add additional data for a contact record and store the details of calls, meetings and more.
Although not a fully-featured CRM, the functions provided are generally sufficient for small business users. Keep in mind that our platform also supports integrations with some third-party CRM systems.
How-to Guide
- Select Contacts from the sidebar.
- Locate the contact you wish to view a record for (note the List you selected the contact from)
- Click . The contacts information screen will appear.
- On the right of the window, click on the tab you need.
Here's an overview of the various side tabs available for the Contact view...
- The Details tab lists the values of all the fields in the List for the contact.
- The Messages tab shows the history of messages sent to the contact using this list.
- The Notes tab - see Using the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Features for detailed information.
- The Preferences tab shows the Email Preferences selected by the contact.
- The Consent History tab shows the history of what form the contact completed to be added to the list. Note that uploaded contacts are not recorded on this tab.
