It is possible to add certain limits to clients / sub accounts in your Agency, Command Centre or Corporate account structure. This includes the ability to limit email sends, inbox previews, SMS sends and post-paid SMS purchases.
How-to Guide
- Log into your agency account.
- Click Admin at the top right. All of your sub accounts will be listed on the next screen.
- Locate the sub account in question and click the (edit) icon to the far right. The account modification screen will appear.
- Locate the Limits panel, and click Set limits.
- Set the desired limits for this account.
- When done, click .
