Agency and Corporate account types have access to a special Admin menu, which allows you to access, edit and implement features for accounts sitting underneath yours.
Under an Agency account, these are referred to as client accounts. Under a Corporate account, these are referred to as sub accounts.
Unlike the Account menu (⚙️ icon, at top right) which contains features and settings for your own account, the Admin menu (as indicated below) allows you to implement features and review usage of your sub accounts.
This section is used to search for sub accounts using various filters & parameters such status, name, creation time etc. You can also edit, deactivate, delete and log into your sub accounts from here.
This section is used to add a new client account or sub account (depending on your account type).
This section displays any account that is still in a trial state. Here you can review the trial account activity, sort accounts by status or delete trial accounts. This is generally only useful if you use our trial signup form on your website.
The Current Sessions section will display any user actively logged into your account, or any sub / client accounts. Details shown in this section include the browser, screen resolution, last page viewed and IP address. You can also kick, or kick & deactivate a user from an active session using the buttons provided.
Deactivating a user will prevent them from logging back into the system.
This section displays total usage for each of your sub / client accounts and is a great way to review usage trends over time.
This section lets you add a trial signup form to your website - a great way to passively add clients. You are able to determine whether you'll pay, or your client will pay by default.
The delivery monitor will display scheduled, pending, current and cancelled sends for your account and your sub / client accounts. This is a live feed of the emails being sent from your account, as well as any sends completed today.
If you wish to display a message on your sub / client accounts when they login, you can enter it here. You can customise this message with wildcards, and you are also able to utilise HTML.
This section allows you to customise the footer displayed in your account, as well as your sub / client accounts. This will replace the default footer displayed from the Branding section, under the main Account settings (accessed via the ⚙️ icon, at top right).
To ensure the automatic links selected in the Message view details panel (Unsubscribe, Update Preferences, Update Profile) continue to operate, you must include the wildcard: %%_auto_links%%
Any automated email sent through to your sub / client accounts will utilise these settings - list notifications (subscribe, update, unsubscribe), scheduled send notifications, and system emails.
