Under Agency, Command Centre or Corporate account structures, our platform will occasionally send automated emails for system events such as successful scheduled sends, or contact subscription notifications.
The sender details of these system emails, as well as the email signature, can be customised as per the guide below.
- Log into your Agency, Command Centre or Corporate (Head) account.
- Click Admin at the top right.
- Select Email Settings from the sidebar.
- Edit the sender From Name, Reply To address and Email Signature here, as shown.
- Click to save your changes or Preview Sample Email to check your edits.
