If you run an Agency / Reseller account structure and one of your clients has upgraded (or you have requested an upgrade from within their account on their behalf), you will need to approve the upgrade. This guide will take you through the process.
How-to Guide
- Log into your agency account.
- Click Admin at the top right. All of your clients will be listed on the next screen.
- Locate the client in question and click the (edit) icon to the far right of the client.
- A large upgrade dialog should be present at the top of the screen; "[Client name] is ready to upgrade their account". If you're happy to proceed, click .
