Introduction
After months of designing and testing, we’re thrilled to announce that a fresh new look is coming! The changes come as a result of customer feedback (we heard you wanted modern!) and to bring us more in line with our corporate branding.
Rest assured that whilst the design is new, the layout is unchanged (with the exception of the dashboard). So we don't expect you to lose time trying to find your way around the platform.

What's Changing & When?
Every screen is getting a fresh look and feel, and you'll see the Constant Contact logo moving forward. However, our platform features, security, compliance and onshore data storage remain unchanged.
If you're not ready for the change yet, a toggle will be available in the System Settings area (available to the 'Owner'-level user), to revert back to the old experience if you would prefer. This will be available until the switchover becomes mandatory in September this year.
The update will roll out in two phases (nb. timeline may be subject to change):
- Phase 1 (from Monday 15 June, 2026): Pages external to the core platform - including the login screen, 2FA prompt, and user profile screens will take on the new look.
- Phase 2 (from Wednesday 1 July, 2026): The main user interface will officially transition to the new design.
Just prior to Phase 1 launching, you'll see an in-app dialog announcing the change. Then, several days before Phase 2, you'll see another in-app dialog advising that the change is coming very soon.
Once Phase 2 has launched, you'll see a multi-step walkthrough in-app the first time you login - which will walk you through some of the core Dashboard changes.
