It's possible to add a credit to your account in the form of an advance payment. This payment will sit on the account as a 'credit', and each monthly charge will automatically draw down from this credit. The advance payment can be requested for 3, 6 or 12 months of estimated usage.
Once a single month of estimated credit remains, the account owner user will receive an email prompting them to add additional credit - which can be done via the link in the email. If additional credit is not added in time, the system will revert to charging the credit card on file. If this card payment fails, the account will be restricted.
If your account usage fluctuates (in other words, your contact bracket increases or decreases from what it was at the time the payment was originally made), then this will deplete your credit faster (or slower) than anticipated.

Add a Prepayment to a Trial Account
These steps can only be completed by the account owner.
- Log into your account and click at the top right.
- Select your desired plan & enter the total number of contacts that you estimate you will have in your account.
- Select .
- Now use the drop-down menu to select the period to pre-pay for (either 3, 6 or 12 months). Remember - this is an estimated period, as changes to your contact bracket will affect this.
- If paying by credit card or direct debit from a bank account: Click A credit card payment will result in an immediate account upgrade, whereas a direct debit from a bank account will take 3-5 business days (and your account will not be upgraded until the payment has been received & processed). and enter your credit card or bank account details.
- If paying by an EFT / bank deposit: Click Billing Options in the bottom left corner, then click The account won't be upgraded until your payment has been received and manually applied by our team. . This generates an invoice which can be sent directly to a certain email address / accounts department if desired. Complete the on-screen steps and submit the form when ready.

These steps can only be completed by the account owner, or users with full access.
- Log into your account and open the Account (⚙️ icon, at top right).
- Ensure Overview is selected from the sidebar.
- Click .
- Select your desired plan & enter the total number of contacts that you estimate you will have in your account.
- Select .
