Looking to change your user details, system password or adjust the security settings against your profile? This guide will walk you through the process.

How-to Guide
Edit Your Profile
- Once logged in to one of your accounts on our platform, click the coloured circle to the top right (it should have your initial on it; in our case the letter 'A', as shown below).
- Click .
- Click Edit Profile. Use the dialog provided to adjust your profile picture, name, email address or language settings.
- When done, click .
Change Your Password
- Once logged in to one of your accounts on our platform, click the coloured circle to the top right.
- Click .
- Click Change Password. Use the dialog provided to change your password.
- When done, click .
Manage Security Settings (Like Two-Factor Authentication)
- Once logged in to one of your accounts on our platform, click the coloured circle to the top right.
- Click .
- Click Security. Use the on-screen prompts to adjust the two-factor authentication (2FA) settings for your account.

Manage Active Devices
- Once logged in to one of your accounts on our platform, click the coloured circle to the top right.
- Click .
- Click Active Devices. Use the on-screen prompts to manage devices which can currently access your account.
