Change Your User Details, Password & Security Settings

Looking to change your user details, system password or adjust the security settings against your profile? This guide will walk you through the process.

How-to Guide

Edit Your Profile

1. Once logged in to one of your accounts on our platform, click the coloured circle to the top right (it should have your initial on it; in our case the letter 'A', as shown below).
   
2. Click My Profile.
3. Click Edit Profile. Use the dialog provided to adjust your profile picture, name, email address or language settings.
4. When done, click Update Details.

Change Your Password

1. Once logged in to one of your accounts on our platform, click the coloured circle to the top right.
2. Click My Profile.
3. Click Change Password. Use the dialog provided to change your password.
4. When done, click Save Password.

Manage Security Settings (Like Two-Factor Authentication)

1. Once logged in to one of your accounts on our platform, click the coloured circle to the top right.
2. Click My Profile.
3. Click Security. Use the on-screen prompts to adjust the two-factor authentication (2FA) settings for your account.

4. When done, click Back to Profile.

Manage Active Devices

1. Once logged in to one of your accounts on our platform, click the coloured circle to the top right.
2. Click My Profile.
3. Click Active Devices. Use the on-screen prompts to manage devices which can currently access your account.

4. When done, click Back to Profile.
