Only users with certain access levels can add, edit or remove users. For more details, see Users & Account Access Levels.
You can add unlimited users to your account to grant other people access to work within the account.

Adding (Inviting) a User
- Open the Account area (⚙️ icon, at top right).
- Select Users from the sidebar.
- Click .
- Enter in the new user's details and set their access levels then click
- An invitation will now be sent to the new user.
- Once the email invitation has been sent to the new user and they click the link inside, the set up will be complete and the new user will be listed in the user list.
If you use our Sender Profiles function, don't forget to assign a profile to your new user - otherwise they will not be able to send or send email messages.
If you need to re-send an invitation to a new user, follow steps 1 and 2 above, then menu (dots) next to the user you wish to re-invite. Click Edit from the drop-down menu, then select Invite Again.
Editing a User
- Log into your account and open the Account area (⚙️ icon, at top right).
- Select Users from the sidebar.
- Click next to the user you wish to edit.
- Select Edit.
- Adjust the Details and Message Limits as desired.
- When done, click .
Deleting a User
You can always re-invite a deleted user if you need to. Assets in our platform aren't owned by a particular user, so nothing will be deleted when you remove a user (that is, aside from the user login itself).
- Log into your account and open the Account area (⚙️ icon, at top right).
- Select Users from the sidebar.
- Click next to the user you wish to edit.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm the deletion. The user will now be removed from the system.
