When creating or editing an email, you may have noticed the Accessibility tab (pictured below). This tab provides recommendations on how to go about making your email more accessible, in line with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) recommendations.
When working on your email design, navigate to Accessibility and select the level of WCAG success criteria; either A (low level), or AA (mid level). Once selected, we will display recommendations in line with the chosen level of accessibility.
Note: At this stage, our tool only checks for the presence of ALT text on your images - and clicking
will display the filename for images that are missing ALT text. All other recommendations are general in nature, and do not relate to whether you have factored them into your email design.
