Add Pre-Header Text to Your Email

Details

Most email clients display a short preview of the email next to or below the subject line, before the recipient even opens the email - this is known as "pre-header text" (or preview text).

We recommend limiting your pre-header text to between 85-100 characters.

You can use emojis in your pre-header text, too! 😍

How-to Guide

1. Select Messages from the sidebar.
2. Locate the desired email message and click … to the right hand side.
3. From the dropdown menu, select Message Details.
4. Enter your text into the Preview Text field.
   
5. Click Save changes.
