Email & SMS messages can be 'attached' (added) to an Event, so that you can easily see event-specific comms in one place via the overview screen for that specific event. In this guide, we'll walk you through the process.
How-to Guide
- Select Messages from the sidebar.
- Locate and open your desired email or SMS message for editing - or create a new one.
- Click Add to Event (at the top right - as shown), and select the Event to associate the message with.
This option only appears if your message has been saved. - Click
. Your message has now been attached to the selected event. When you visit the event overview screen for this event, you will see this message (and any other messages associated with this event) there.
Next Steps
Now that you've added your desired message(s) to the event, you can visit the overview screen for this event and add dates & times for when you might like to send these messages. Note that these dates and times are only for your own informational use - they are not an actual send schedule and nothing will send at that specific date and time.
