How-to Guide
Designing a new email and saving it as a Template
- Select Messages from the sidebar.
- Click . The template browser will open.
- Choose an existing template upon which to build your email (you can also use a blank template if you prefer to start from scratch).
- Build your email using the email editor.
- When finished, click the arrow next to
and select Save as Template option. - Give the template a name and click
.

Turning an existing email into a Template
- Select Messages from the sidebar.
- Open the message you wish to save as a template.
- Click the arrow next to and select Save as Template option.
- Give the template a name and click
.

How to find & use your new Template
- Select Messages from the sidebar.
- Click . The template browser will open.
- Select the My Templates category. Your saved templates will appear here.
- Click on the template to use it, or use the other options provided to Preview, Edit or Delete it, if required.

Edit (or Delete) a Template
- Select Messages from the sidebar.
- Click . The template browser will open.
- Select the My Templates category. Your saved templates will appear here.
- Hover over the template you wish to edit or delete, and select the Edit or Delete option.
