Upgrade From a Trial
Note: Only the account owner user can upgrade an account.
- Log into your account and click at the top right.
- Select the number of contacts.
- Continue through to the payment screens & make your credit card payment.
In some cases, there is also an option provided to email an invoice to someone in your Accounts team. This allows them to pay for the service using a credit card, in case you don't have access to one. - Once complete, click . You will now be returned to your Dashboard.
Upgrade Your Plan
Note: Only the account owner user can adjust plans. You will not be able to change plan unless all outstanding balances are paid.
- Log into your account and open the Account area (⚙️ icon, at top right).
- Ensure Overview is selected from the sidebar.
- Click .
- Confirm the payment to finalise the process. Congratulations - your plan has now been changed!
Upgrade Your Contacts
Your 'contact bracket' is automatically upgraded when you exceed your current bracket's upper limit. For example, if you're on the 2,500 - 5,000 contact bracket and you upload a list of new contacts that causes you to exceed 5,000 contacts, you will automatically get upgraded to the next bracket.
