We recommend keeping your lists up to date by removing contacts who aren't engaging in your emails over an extended period of time. After all - if someone's not engaged with your content, is it really worth sending to them?
Removing these contacts will help improve the open rates and engagement rates for your email sends. Furthermore, not only does a clean, organised database make it easier to manage contact data - it can also keep your costs down!
