This guide explains how to copy a form. If you only wish to copy a form style (images, text, colour scheme, etc) to another form, please refer to our article titled Copy a Form Style to Another Form, or List.
Copy a Form (From / To the Same List)
In this guide, we'll show you how to copy (clone) a form to the same list.
- Select Lists and Forms from the sidebar.
- Double-click on your desired list to go into forms view. Each form will now open as a tab along the top.
- Click on the tab that corresponds to the form you wish to copy.
- Next, click the copy icon (along the end of the form tab bar).
- Give your new form a name & click . The form will be created and will automatically open for editing.
Copy a Form & List (To a Brand New List)
In this guide, we'll show you how to copy (duplicate) a list - which includes all of the forms on that list.
- Select Lists and Forms from the sidebar.
- Click … (on the far right) next to the list that you wish to copy.
- From the dropdown menu, select Copy.
- Be sure to untick Include contacts, and be sure to tick Include Web Forms and styles. This will copy the forms but not the contacts.
- Click . Your list will be copied - including all of the forms (but not the contacts). You can now double-click on the new list to open it into forms view for editing as needed.
