Our email & SMS marketing platform is an online product that runs in a web browser - so there is no need to download or install any software to your PC or Mac.
The platform will generally always run best in the latest version of a web browser and is best viewed on a desktop computer.

Web Browser Settings
So you have an up to date browser installed but you're still seeing some strange things inside your account. Try some of these things.
- Enable pop-ups and JavaScript
Pop-ups and JavaScript should be enabled in your browser, we use pop-ups to help you view sub-sets of your contact data. Say for instance, a group of contacts who clicked a link in your most recent email send. - Enable cookies
Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser so all parts of our application work as expected. - Set your screen resolution
The minimum screen resolution should be set to 1200 x 800 or higher. - Set your desktop scale
If you experience strange behaviour inside the drag-and-drop editor, specifically with the width changing by itself, firstly check that your browser is not zoomed in by pressing CTRL+0 on your keyboard and secondly try setting your desktop scale to 100% from the display properties menu. - Check your web browser add-ons
In some cases, browser add-ons, extensions, ad blockers, or plugins can interfere with the functionality of our application. Try disabling your browser extensions and add-ons to help troubleshoot any issues. - Clear your cookies and Cache
Lastly, if you're still experiencing problems with your account, try clearing your browser cookies and cache. It might seem extreme, but sometimes it is just what's needed to help you on your way.
