After logging into our email & SMS marketing platform, you'll be presented with the Dashboard. One of the sections on this screen is the Activity card. The Activity card gives you a brief overview of your account (updated every 15 minutes) - including:
- The total number of contacts across all of your lists (compared to the upper limit of contacts available on the chosen plan - in our case, 500)
- Email sends within the current billing period (in our case, 2500), and
- The number of inbox tests you have used and have available.
If the number of contacts is higher than what you would expect, it may mean that you need to clean or maintain your lists.
The email sends are the emails sent & the total available for your billing period, this is not always a calendar month.
