Aside from using our AI Content Assistant to generate content from a prompt (which you can then copy & paste, use for an SMS or place into your desired email), you can also use it to generate content for your email copy, titles or call to action (CTA) buttons - directly from within your email, while editing it.
Email copy is generated based on the prompts you enter, whereas title text and CTA button text is generated based on the text you already have in the associated text component.
How-to Guide
Using Content Assistant To Generate Text for Your Email
- Select Messages from the sidebar.
- Open your desired email message for editing.
- Locate the text or paragraph component that you wish to generate content for, and select it by clicking on it once.
Any existing text inside the component will be overwritten. - Expand the Content panel to the right and click Generate fresh content with our AI Content Assistant.
- Set the goal, tone and content length as desired.
- Next, enter a prompt for the AI Content Assistant and explain what you would like it to create. For example, you could write: "Promote our doughnut cooking class on August 23rd, at the XYZ Donuts store in Brisbane City", or "Help our staff complete their internal security training on time. There is a prize for the first person to complete it". You can also add additional prompts to your query, such as: "Use Australian English", and / or "Write it in the style of James Bond" - and so on.
- Click Remember, you can always edit or adjust the generated text later on.
- Once you're happy with the resulting text, click wildcards, conditional content, add links into the text - even cut sections of text and paste them into other parts of your email if you wish. . The content will now be inserted into your email. From this point forward, everything in the email is fully editable - as normal. You can add to it, remove sections, change the font formatting or colours, add
Repeat this process for any other parts of the email that you wish to generate content for.
Using Content Assistant To Generate a Title
- Select Messages from the sidebar.
- Open your desired email message for editing.
- Select the text or paragraph component that you wish to generate a title for, by clicking on it once.
Any existing title text inside the component will be overwritten. - Expand the Title panel to the right and click Generate a new title with our AI Content Assistant. The Content Assistant will scan the text in the associated text component and use it to come up with some suggestions for a title.

Using Content Assistant To Generate CTA Button Text
- Select Messages from the sidebar.
- Open your desired email message for editing.
- Select the text or paragraph component that you wish to generate CTA button text for, by clicking on it once.
Any existing button text inside the component will be overwritten. - Expand the Call to action panel to the right and click Generate a call to action with our AI Content Assistant. The Content Assistant will scan the text in the associated text component and use it to come up with some suggestions for button text.
- Pick the text you wish to use and click
Some email clients do not support buttons with lots of text, so we recommend selecting a short CTA - or adjusting the text to shorten it.
, or click to try some different ideas. Once selected, your text will now be added to your button. It's now fully editable, as usual.
