How-to Guide
- Select Messages from the sidebar.
- Click .
- Now click AI Content Assistant from the sidebar. The AI Content Assistant dialog will now open over the top of the SMS screen.
- Set the content type toggle to Content.
- Set the goal, tone and content length as desired. We recommend keeping the length short by using the pre-selected "Short text" length option - as the length of your SMS will affect the cost of your send.
- Next, enter a prompt for the AI Content Assistant and explain what you would like it to create. For example, you could write: "Thank the recipient for their recent purchase and offer a 10% off code "FREEDOUGH" if they buy again in the next 7 days" - and so on.
- Your new content will appear in the panel to the side. If you're not happy with the result, try altering the goal and tone options - or make adjustments to your query to fine-tune things. You can also use the forward and back arrows at the top of the preview to scroll through the results you've tried so far. Remember, you can always edit or adjust the generated text later on.
- Once you're happy with the resulting text, click .
- Close the AI Content Assistant popup overlay to return to your SMS behind.
- Paste the text. You can add wildcards, emojis or alter the text if desired. You can now save and / or send the SMS when ready.
