If you find you have a Complaint in your Report, this is not exactly a written message that you can view. A Complaint is recorded when your recipient clicks the ‘This is Spam’ or ‘Junk Mail’ buttons in their email client instead of clicking the Unsubscribe link in the footer of your messages.
We recommend that you Unsubscribe any contacts that are recorded under the Complaints tab. To do this:
- Click onto the Complaints bar in the report, this will open up a new window
- In the window, select the ‘Unsubscribe All’ link
