If you find you have a Complaint in your Report, this is not exactly a written message that you can view. A Complaint is recorded when your recipient clicks the This is Spam or Junk Mail buttons in their email client instead of clicking the Unsubscribe link in the footer of your messages.
We recommend that you unsubscribe any contacts that are recorded under the Complaints section on the report.
- Select Reports from the sidebar.
- Open the report in question.
- Click the Complaints section on the report, this will open a new window.
- Click the Unsubscribe All link to unsubscribe all those that complained.
