Setting up the Canva Integration
Connecting Canva to our platform only needs to be done once.
- Log into Canva & open one of your designs.
- Click to open the sharing panel.
- Click to view more integration options.
- In the search box, type 'Vision6' & click on the icon for our integration.

- A popup window will open, asking you to sign into our platform. Enter your credentials and sign in. If you have more than one Vision6 account against your login, select the account that you wish to connect Canva to.
- Confirm the information & permissions, then click . Your Canva account is now connected to your chosen Vision6 account.
Exporting Images From Canva
- Log into Canva & open one of your designs.
- Click to open the sharing panel.
- Click the Vision6 icon (or search for it if required).
- Use the dropdown to select the filetype you'd like to export (only .JPG and .PNG filetypes are supported), then click
- Once complete, you will be able to continue editing your image in Canva (note that any changes you will need to be republished to Vision6), or view your image in Vision6.
If you have multiple Vision6 accounts against your login and you're not logged into the one connected to Canva when you attempt to view your image in Vision6, you will be presented with an Account Redirection screen, prompting you to switch accounts first.
Disconnecting the Canva Integration
- Log into Canva & open one of your designs.
- Click to open the sharing panel.
- Click the Vision6 icon (or search for it if required).
- Click at the top of the Canva share panel.
- Select Disconnect from the menu. The integration is now disconnected. Note that the 'Canva' folder in your Vision6 Files & Images manager will remain, even if the integration is disconnected - this is so that your existing email designs don't break.
