We've made some changes to the system to make your experience easier and faster. So, what has changed?
All Menus
New inline row menu
The options that were available exclusively from the actions menu are now also accessible inline to the right of the item you're wanting to edit. Simply click
next to any item of any of the menus to access these options.
Advanced Search
Saving and reusing advanced searches is now significantly easier. This is especially true and most useful for contacts, as saved searches in the contacts menu can be accessed when selecting contacts for a send.
When you click the 'advanced search' button you will be presented with a list of your saved searches so that you can quickly and easily select the appropriate search.
If you don't yet have any saved searches, select 'new search', add the criteria you wish to base your search on then click 'save search' in the bottom-left corner.
Displaying your data on screen
Previously, you could change how much data was displayed on screen via the 'rows shown' option which was located in the 'table settings' menu. This option has now moved to be more accessible in the bottom-right.
Also new is the 'auto' option. This will display the amount of content that can fit on your display. If you're working on a large monitor, you'll have a larger number of items display than someone working on a smaller screen.
Contacts
Selecting all of your contacts on a list or returned from an advanced search is now easier. Click the checkbox in the top-left to select all contacts on that page. Next to the figure of selected contacts you will see the option to 'select all'.
Messages
The send, preview, and overview buttons have all been moved inside the
menu to the right of your message. As mentioned above, the menu also contains the menu items that are in the actions menu as well.
Message Templates
The templates have moved from a drop-down menu to a vertical menu located on the left. Primarily, this will make it easier to navigate through the system templates.
Message types other than Drag and Drop are accessible from the 'more option' button located bottom-left.
File Manager
The folders where you keep your files and images has now been moved to a vertical menu that sits on the left of the file manager. This makes accessing and managing your files and images much easier and faster.
Similarly, managing your individual folders is now easier. While in a folder, click
next to the folder name to see your options.Managing and editing individual files is now also easier. An edit button can be seen when you hover your mouse over the file and all actions available are contained within this menu.
