If you haven't already done so, the first step is to get your client added. Simply click the Add Client button, enter a company name and email and select Add.
Once your client has been added, to get them started with 6 months free usage, click 'Upgrade by August 31st'.
If you have yet to enter a Credit card into the system, you'll first be redirected to the payment screen. For the duration of the promotion this card won't be charged, this will be the card that is used once the campaign ends and you begin paying for the account.
From here you need to select 6 months free, you'll be invoiced monthly with a full credit applied to bring you back to $0. Then simply select the plan you'll be upgrading to, the best value is our Pro Marketer account, Unlimited sends, our powerful Advanced Automation tool along with custom branding for each account. You can always change the plan before, during or after the promotional period ends, so don't feel like you're locked in.
Lastly, approve the upgrade to finalise the process, the account is now upgraded and ready to start sending messages.
What happens after the promotion finishes?
In terms of your clients and how they are invoiced moving forward. You don't need to do anything, we'll automatically start debiting the credit card that you entered when you upgraded your first client.
You can easily change the plan type your client is on by editing the account and selecting Change Plan, this will take affect from the next billing cycle when moving down plans or immediately if moving up to a new plan.
Lastly, if you'd prefer to have your client pay for the account at the end of the promotion, we've got you covered there too. Once the promotional period has concluded you'll be able to swap the account to have the client enter their credit card and pay directly.
