Using the preferences form type Follow

Allow recipients to opt in and out of specific email content types

To give your recipients more control over the email they receive, you can utilise the 'Preferences' form type in your web forms.

This form type works in conjunction with the 'List Preferences' feature.

Using the 'List Preferences' feature, you're able to set categories of email content that are available to opt in or out of.  The options are reflected in the preferences web form.

In the 'Details' section of the form editor, there is an option to enforce the use of this form type.

With the preferences component selected, the customisation options are available on the right hand side.

The option to manually add a preference component to a web form is found in the 'Components' section on the right hand side.
