Plans and Pricing Information
Q: Why are you making changes to the plans and pricing?
A: At Vision6, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer support and digital marketing tools to meet your evolving needs. As our technology improves and our resources grow, we are able to enhance the Vision6 product and help our customers deliver more successful campaigns.
For this reason, our plans and pricing must evolve too. We understand the importance of every dollar, especially in the current economic climate. This is why we’ve attempted to absorb as much of this impact as possible and have not passed on any price increase to our customers for 8 years. Rest assured, this additional investment will allow our team to continue innovating and expanding our product offerings, such as our AI Content Assistant, which was released in February 2024. We’re excited to share more about our roadmap for 2024 in the coming months.
Q: Does the pricing change apply to my email plan only? Or does it also apply to any add-ons, such as SMS?
A: The price adjustment pertains to both email and SMS pricing for both subscription and legacy (pay-per-send) customers
Q: I’m on a subscription plan. What does this mean for me?
A: Nothing is changing regarding the features you enjoy on your subscription plan, except for the updates to our pricing. Please be advised that the updated pricing for your current plan will be reflected as per the timing reflected in your notification email.
Q: I’m on a legacy (pay-per-send) plan. What does this mean for me?
A: Along with the 15% increase to email marketing plans, there will be an additional 5% increase in SMS credits costs to ensure uniform pricing across all services. Please refer to your notification email to confirm when this price change will occur for your plan.
Q: I’m a non-profit. Will I continue to keep my non-profit discount?
A: Yes, your non-profit discount will remain active on your account and will apply to your updated pricing.
Q: I have a prepayment. What does this mean for me?
A: With these updates to our pricing, please be advised that your current prepay balance may run out sooner. When your prepayment runs out, your plan will automatically renew at the updated pricing. If you would like to add funds to your prepay balance before the end of your current plan, please contact our Accounts team.
Q: I’m an agency partner. Will I continue to keep my reseller discount?
A: Yes, your reseller discount will remain active on your account and will apply to your updated pricing.
Q: I have a limited-time discount on my plan. Will my discount continue or will I lose it with the price change?
A: Your discount remains the same. Active discounts and promotions applied to your account will remain in effect until the expiration date and will apply to the updated price.
Contact Tiers, Upgrades, and Downgrades
Q: What happens if I add more contacts?
A: We are not making any changes to how we bill. Your monthly bill is still based on your email marketing plan and the number of contacts in your account. If your number of contacts increases into a higher contact tier during the billing cycle, that will result in a higher monthly price to be reflected in your next invoice.
Q: How can I see the price of my current pricing plan?
You can check your current plan and pricing by logging into your account, opening the Account area (⚙️ icon, at top right), then clicking Overview from the sidebar. For older / legacy (pay-per-send) plans, you will need to check your invoice. You can do so by opening the Account area (⚙️ icon, at top right), clicking Payments from the sidebar, then selecting the View invoices link.
Only users with certain access levels can view account information.
Q: Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my plan?
A: Yes, you can still choose to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan by following these steps. Whilst we’ll be sad to see you go, if you wish to cancel your account, please contact our support team at support@vision6.com.au.

Getting Value From Your Subscription
This year, we’re thinking BIG! We started 2024 with a bang by bringing you an AI Content Assistant tool and we have some exciting news regarding our roadmap to share over the coming months. Until then, let’s recap on the most recent value-added features available to you as part of your Vision6 subscription:
AI Content Assistant
Our AI Content Assistant lets you create relevant, engaging content quickly and easily with just a short text prompt. You can also place the content directly into an email template - ready for editing or sending.
The AI Content Assistant is available only to our Business or Pro-Marketer plans via the Vision6 dashboard. Simply select Dashboard from the sidebar, then click .

Canva Integration
Our integration with Canva makes it easy to push your designs directly into our Files & Images manager as .JPG or .PNG images. It's a quick way to drop your beautiful creations straight into your email campaigns! This can be configured via the Integrations section.
Transactional Email & SMS
Our API now offers transactional send capabilities, allowing you to interact with your contacts in response to specific actions or events. Transactional emails are automated messages triggered by user actions, such as account registrations, password resets, or purchase confirmations. They typically contain important information and are personalised to the recipient. Similarly, transactional SMS are text messages sent to users to confirm information or provide essential updates, such as delivery notifications or appointment reminders. Both transactional email and SMS serve to enhance contact engagement and provide timely, relevant information.

Free Stock Images
Our integration with Unsplash gives you access to 3+ million beautiful images for use in your email campaigns. You can even crop and resize them directly from within Vision6 as you build your email!
Using Stock Images in Your Email
Events
Our Events module allows you to easily create, manage and market your events. We support two types of events; those created in our platform, as well as those synchronised into our platform via our Eventbrite integration.
Sender Profiles
Designed for larger organisations, our Sender Profiles feature lets you control which of your Vision6 users can send 'from' certain company email addresses - offering better control over your sender domain.
Salesforce Integration
With our new & enhanced Salesforce integration, we've removed some of the friction when it comes to having up-to-date contact lists. You can now sync your contacts with Vision6 in real time with no limit to your list size!
Using the Salesforce Integration
Message Approvals
The message approvals process lets you configure our platform so that both emails & SMS messages have to be approved before they can be sent. This is handy for larger organisations or government departments who may want to have checks & balances in place for the sending of communications within our system.
