How-to Guide
Create a New Email Using Content Assistant
- Locate the Content Assistant panel on the dashboard and click
. The Content Assistant dialog will now open. - Start by entering a prompt for the Content Assistant and explain what you would like it to create. For example, you could write: "Promote our doughnut cooking class on August 23rd, at the XYZ Donuts store in Brisbane City", or "Help our staff complete their internal security training on time. There is a prize for the first person to complete it". You can also add additional prompts to your query, such as: "Use Australian English", and / or "Write it in the style of James Bond" - and so on.
- In the Type section, select Email.
- Next, use the Goal and Tone sections to set the type & tone of the content you'd like to create.Â

You can add to it, remove sections, change the font formatting or colours, add wildcards, conditional content, add links into the text - even cut sections of text and paste them into other parts of your email if you wish.

Add a Content Assistant Block to an Existing Template
- Select Messages in the sidebar, then click . The template gallery will appear.
- Select My templates from the dropdown.
- Hover over the template you wish to use, then click the Edit option. Your template will now open for editing.
- Our Content Assistant needs to know which text or paragraph component it can place AI content into - noting that you can only set one block per email for AI content to be inserted into. Select the text or paragraph component that you wish to allow the Content Assistant to use. Any text inside this component will get removed.
- Next, open the Advanced panel off to the side and enable the checkbox titled Use for generated content.
Our Content Assistant can also write a headline and button CTA for you, so if you (optionally) enable the Title and Call to action toggles on your selected component, these can be pre-filled by the Content Assistant.
- When finished, click the arrow next to
and select Save as Template option. - Give the template a name and click .
- The template gallery will now open and display your new template among your others. Nice work - you've now successfully enabled this template for use with the Content Assistant. Repeat this process for any other email templates you'd like to add a Content Assistant block to.
If you have an Agency / Reseller, Corporate or Command Centre account, you can also add a Content Assistant block to your email templates and share these down to your sub-accounts, as usual.
