Why is my account being reviewed? Follow

The number one job of an email service provider is to provide you the best possible deliverability. For us to do this, we need to make sure that everyone using our system is using permission based marketing, which is best practice in our industry.

So that we can give you the best results, some new accounts may require a first-time approval before sending large campaigns. This only takes place once to ensure customers are using best practices, to prevent abuse of our system and to comply with relevant anti-spam regulations. We want everyone to get best results for their campaigns!

This does not affect the ability for you to send test emails, so please take your time to get familiar with our product while we are in the process of reviewing your account.

Is there anything I need to do?

You can continue using your account normally even if it needs to be reviewed. We will normally review accounts within 12 hours.

If you have an urgent campaign or you simply want to speed up the process please feel free to contact us. We will also get in touch if we need more information for the approval.
