Logging into your account with an email address Follow

Generally speaking, logging into an online product isn't a big deal in fact, its pretty much the norm these days. That being said, when you create an account with your email address, it creates a profile for you.

Having a profile allows you to start linking any other accounts you may have to that profile making it easier for you to move in and out of the accounts you have with us.

How to set up your Email Login

If you currently login with a username and password, you can now login with your email address enabling better security on your account, just follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. On your Dashboard, confirm your email address for the account and your password.
  3. Click the 'Set up Email Login' button.



  4. Once you receive the confirmation email, click the link to confirm your email address.




    If you currently share a username with someone else or you would like to add other users to your account, the easiest way to invite them if by clicking the 'Invite other people' button at this point. You can always invite people later if you don't do it at this point. 

  5. Once you click the confirmation link in your email, confirm your details and save your profile.

How to create Email Logins for anyone sharing your username

If you currently share a username with others, you'll need to set up a profile and invite them to do the same. Once you setup a profile, they'll no longer be able to access the system with the username. 

There are no additional costs to setup users and most importantly the account will be more secure and you'll have better audit tracking on your account. 

If you wish to set up login details for any additional when you setup your profile, please click the 'Invite other people' button (as seen above) which will take you straight to the Account User section.

Otherwise, you can login and access this area by following these steps:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click 'Account' up the top right.
  3. Click 'Users' from the menu up the top.
  4. Click the 'New User' button on the right.



  5. You will then be presented with a page so that you can set up the name and email address for this account user.
  6. Click 'Invite User' once done.



  7. An account user will be added to your 'User List' and an email will be sent to them to complete the setup.

  8. Once the new user clicks onto the link in the email they will need to confirm their details and create a password to login with against their email address.



  9. By clicking 'Create' they will be taken directly through to their profile with a pending invitation to your account for them to accept.

How to link all of your accounts to your profile

You can access your profile via the profile icon up the top right of the account.



The 'edit' pencil button will allow you to edit the account details of your account. 

The 'View Profile' option will allow you to change your password or edit your profile which includes your name and profile image.

Having a profile allows you to link multiple accounts to your profile.

Here is how:

  1. Log into an account that isn't linked to your profile
  2. On your Dashboard, confirm your email address for the account and your password to set up Email Login.
  3. Click the 'Set up Email Login' button.
  4. This will send you an email to confirm the change to Email Login.
  5. Click the link in the email to confirm the change to Email Login.
  6. You will then be presented with a login screen to login to your account profile.
  7. Once logged into your account profile, you can then click the profile icon up the top right and navigate in and out of the accounts attached to your profile.
