As you may know, we have a Default Fonts feature which lets you quickly style (or restyle) the font family, font colour, size and font styling used within your entire email in just a few clicks.
However, there may be instances where you wish to override this in a certain section of your email. Read on to find out how.
- Select Messages from the sidebar.
- Locate your email and open it for editing.
- Go to the section of your message which you want to customise and highlight the text.
- Use the various font, formatting and colour settings on the floating toolbar to adjust the text specifics as required.
- When done, click .
If you manually set text styling (as per the guide above), this portion of text will always ignore the options set within the Default Fonts feature, unless you use the Default Fonts 'Reset styles' option - or manually remove custom styling using HTML code view.
