If you are creating a message template that you plan to use again and again, it is recommended to save the message as a template instead of saving it as a new message each time.
To Save an Email Message as a Template:
- Open the message you wish to save as a template
- Click the arrow design the 'Save' button and select 'Save as a Template'
- Give the template a name and click Save
How to find your newly saved template:
- Select MESSAGES up the top
- Select NEW MESSAGE on the left
- Select MY TEMPLATES from the folder drop down in the top left corner
- Select your saved template to start creating a new email message
