Add Contacts to Vision6 from Salesforce Follow

By following the below instructions you can send contacts added to your Salesforce account through to your Vision6 account - saving you time and effort.

To set this you will require a Vision6 Account, Salesforce Account, and a Zapier Account. In this example we assume you have already set up all 3 Accounts.

Generate a Security Token in Salesforce

  1. Login to your Salesforce account
  2. Click the arrow beside your name up the top right

  3. Select 'Setup' or 'My Settings' - whichever one appears
  4. From the left:
    • If you selected 'Setup' - select 'My Personal Information' | 'Reset My Security Token'
    • If you selected 'My Settings' - select 'Personal' | 'Reset My Security Token'

  5. Click 'Reset My Security Token'

An email will be sent to you with your Token 

Vision6 API Key

To generate your Vision6 API Key, please refer this link.

Send contacts added to your Salesforce Account to your Vision6 account

  1. Log into your Zapier Account
  2. Click 'Make a New Zap'

  3. Set up the fields: When 'Salesforce' 'New Contact' Do 'Vision6' 'Add Contact'

  4. Click 'Continue'
  5. Select a Salesforce Account to send from

  6. Click 'Continue'
  7. Select the Vision6 account to send this contact to

  8. Click 'Continue'
  9. Set any required filters or just click 'Continue'

  10. Select the Vision6 list you wish to add these contacts to and match fields

  11. Test your Zap and if ok click 'Continue'

  12. Name your Zap and turn it on
