Add Contacts from Vision6 to Salesforce Follow

By following the below instructions you can send contacts added to a particular list in Vision6 through to your Salesforce account automatically.

To set this up you will require a Vision6 Account, Salesforce Account, and a Zapier Account. In this article we assume you have already set up all 3 Accounts.

Generate a Security Token in Salesforce

  1. Login to your Salesforce account
  2. Click the arrow beside your name up the top right



  3. Select 'Setup' or 'My Settings' - whichever one appears
  4. From the left:
    • If you selected 'Setup' - select 'My Personal Information' | 'Reset My Security Token'
    • If you selected 'My Settings' - select 'Personal' | 'Reset My Security Token'



  5. Click 'Reset My Security Token'

An email will be sent to you with your Token 

Next you will require your Vision6 API Key

To generate your Vision6 API Key, please refer to this link.

Send contacts added to your Vision6 list to your Salesforce account

  1. Log into your Zapier Account
  2. Click 'make a New Zap'
  3. Set up the fields: When 'Vision6' 'New Contact' Do 'Salesforce' 'Create Contact'



  4. Click 'Continue'
  5. Click to Connect with your Vision6 Account
  6. Name the Connection and paste in your Vision6 API Key. Click 'Continue'.



  7. Select your Salesforce Account. Click 'Continue'



  8. Name the Connection and select 'production'. Click 'Continue'
  9. Select which of your Vision6 list's you wish to use for this integration. Any contacts added to this list will be automatically added to your Salesforce Account. You can also set filters on Fields in this list too.



  10. Click 'Continue'
  11. Match up the fields between the two systems, click 'Continue'



  12. Test your Zap and if ok click 'Continue'



  13. Name your Zap and turn it on
