How do I select a plan and upgrade my account? Follow

If you would like to send more than 250 emails on our free plan, you'll need to select a sending plan. eg. The Starter Plan, The Business Plan, or The Pro Marketer Plan.

Upgrading your account is really easy. Simply click the 'Upgrade Account' link on the top right corner of your account. Alternatively, click the 'Account' link and then select the 'Upgrade Account' button.

From here you will be displayed with the available plan options based on the total of contacts you have within the system so that you can select the plan you require for your purposes.

The Starter Plan

  • Access to all core features of the system.
  • Standard Support via our helpful support portal, providing access to our Knowledge Base of help articles and our fast and helpful ticketing system.
  • Can send emails of up to 5 times your contacts limit each month.
  • SMS messaging.
  • Unlimited autoresponders and simple date based triggers via our Automation feature.
  • Account is prepaid by credit card direct debit.

The Business Plan

  • Access to all core features of the system.
  • Priority Support via live chat and access to our helpful support portal, providing access to our Knowledge Base of help articles and our fast and helpful ticketing system.
  • Can send unlimited email messages each month.
  • SMS messaging.
  • Unlimited autoresponders and simple date based triggers via our Automation feature.
  • 25 free email testing credits each month so you can test how your email will display across a range of common email clients and so you can test the message across different spam filters at the same time.
  • Access to a Deliverability Expert and the ability to set up SPF records and Domain Keys at no extra cost.
  • Account is prepaid by credit card direct debit.

The Pro Marketer Plan

  • Access to all core features of the system.
  • Priority Support via live chat, Phone support, and access to our helpful support portal, providing access to our Knowledge Base of help articles and our fast and helpful ticketing system.
  • Can send unlimited email messages each month.
  • SMS messaging.
  • Unlimited customised workflows based on subscriber behavior and time based triggers. Plus access to our Automation Experts.
  • Unlimited email testing each month so you can test how your email will display across a range of common email clients and test the message across different spam filters at the same time.
  • Access to a Deliverability Expert and the ability to set up SPF records and Domain Keys at no extra cost.
  • The ability to throttle email send speeds as required.
  • Custom branding is available so you can brand the account, your emails, and links as your own.
  • Account is prepaid by credit card direct debit.
