Looking to make the most of your email & SMS marketing and access all of our great features? It's easy to upgrade your trial account to one of our paid plans. Our plans are called 'Starter', 'Business' and 'Pro-Marketer' and pricing varies based on the number of contacts within your account.

How Do the Plans Differ?
Starter Plan
- Access to all core features of the system, including SMS* & email messaging
- 5 free SMS credits (per month, does not accrue)
- Basic automations (compare automations)
- Support is available via our support knowledgebase (you're there now), as well as our support ticketing system
- This plan has an email send limit equal to 5x the number of contacts on your bracket (Example: If you're on the 5,001 to 10,000 contact bracket, you an send 5x this many emails each month... = 50,000 emails per month; does not accrue)
- File & image storage (up to 500MB)
- Email Authentication and SPF/DKIM/DMARC supported
- Account is prepaid by credit card direct debit
Business Plan
- Access to all core features of the system, including SMS* & email messaging
- 25 free SMS credits (per month, does not accrue)
- Basic automations (compare automations)
- Support is available via live chat, our support knowledgebase (you're there now), as well as our support ticketing system
- This plan does not have a send limit; you can send unlimited emails each month
- 25 free email preview credits (via Litmus Inbox Previews); additional credits can be purchased
- Conditional content
- Unlimited forms
- File & image storage (up to 1GB)
- Email Authentication and SPF/DKIM/DMARC supported
- Dedicated IP address available^
- Account is prepaid by credit card direct debit
Pro-Marketer Plan
- Access to all core features of the system, including SMS* & email messaging
- 100 free SMS credits (per month, does not accrue)
- Advanced automations (compare automations or view automation examples) - including unlimited customised workflows based on subscriber behaviour and time based triggers, plus access to our Automation Experts
- Support is available via phone, live chat, our support knowledgebase (you're there now), as well as our support ticketing system
- This plan does not have a send limit; you can send unlimited emails each month
- Unlimited email preview credits (via Litmus Inbox Previews)
- Conditional content
- File & image storage (up to 2GB)
- Ability to throttle email sends
- Custom branding is available so you can brand the account, your emails, and links as your own.
- Email Authentication and SPF/DKIM/DMARC supported
- Dedicated IP address available^
- Online one-on-one training available
- Account is prepaid by credit card direct debit
* Actual SMS credits incur an additional cost.

How-to Guide
Upgrade From a Trial
Note: Only the account owner user can upgrade an account.
- Log into your account and click at the top right.
- Select your desired plan ('Starter', 'Business' and 'Pro-Marketer'). You can compare plan features on this screen too.
- Continue through to the payment screens & make your credit card payment.
In some cases, there is also an option provided to email an invoice to someone in your Accounts team. This allows them to pay for the service using a credit card, in case you don't have access to one. - Once complete, click Dashboard. . You will now be returned to your
Change Your Plan (Ie. Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan)
Note: Only the account owner user can adjust plans. You will not be able to change plan unless all outstanding balances are paid.
Downgrading plans will cause features that you might be using, to stop working. For example, some plans don't offer advanced automations, conditional content, the ability to customise the footer logo, unlimited inbox testing or unlimited forms.
- Log into your account and open the Account area (⚙️ icon, at top right).
- Ensure Overview is selected from the sidebar.
- Click
- Select your desired plan and continue.
- Confirm the payment to finalise the process. Congratulations - your plan has now been changed! If you were downgrading plan, some features may not be unavailable and if previously active, will now stop working (eg. advanced automations, conditional content, etc).
