When you are designing your email, keep in mind the device that your message will likely be viewed upon. According to our latest Metrics report, mobile and tablet have now overtaken desktop as the most predominant viewing devices for emails. If you are using our drag and drop editor, the email will automatically be created as mobile optimised. However, if you are creating a HTML email, you will need to create your own mobile friendly code using media queries and internal CSS.

When designing emails for desktop, be mindful that a lot of people view their emails in the ‘preview pane’ of their email clients. For this reason, we recommend keeping your emails around 650 pixels wide or less, otherwise your recipients may need to scroll back and forth to read your email.
